	Bob Williams-President Bob has 40 years experience in the field of mechanical contracting. Bob started by serving an apprenticeship and moved up through the ranks until in 1995 when he and Max Duke purchased the assets of Bader Sheet Metal. Bob does sales, estimating and project management along with the other duties required to run a top-flight service company.
	Max Duke-Secretary-Treasurer Max has 35 years experience in the mechanical contracting industry. Max also started by serving an apprenticeship and progressed through the trade until he and Bob Williams started Bader Mechanical Inc. in 1995. Max's duties include sales, estimating and project management.
	Jan Dargie-Bookkeeper Jan has been with the company since 1996. Jan came to Bader with an extensive background in banking and finance as well as bookkeeping. Her daily duties include, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll and insurance.
